Anderson's multi-axis CNC centres are a scaled product family. The open system architecture was created solely for this purpose. The fully-interpolating 5-axis configuration is one of these options - upwards as well as downwards, scaling is open!
Strategy, cutting parameters, tools, fixture, CAM system and many other details and parameters for the application can be devised and designed by the Application Department at Anderson Europe. Anderson Europe also combines extensive material and branch experience garnered from international collaboration with systematic development methods. This accelerates discovery and design of the right concept.

The modular series concept offers numerous potentials for customising to the application concerned. All designs feature the latest, fully-interpolating 5-axis controllers. The milling spindle equipment, the tool magazine with a specific number of pockets, the directly alternating designs as a chain with change alarm and plate, the design and number of machine tables, the clamping concept, the drive components, even the design of the bed track protection and much more, can be selected within the series.

Equipment
The machine's technical equipment satisfies the highest requirements for dynamism, precision, comfort and value retention. The machine bed is a stiff-jointed, torsionally-rigid steel construction and, thanks to ingenious inner structures, offers outstanding damping properties.
